Socks are a part of our clothing that is difficult to fold and store. Often the sock drawer is a mess or the socks are stored mixed up. Everything is all over the place and you spend 10 minutes rummaging before you find a matching pair. Can’t we organize that more simply? There are two ways to make your sock drawer SOLIT-proof, of which we will explain the first one now…

SOLIT proof storage: folding bundles

At first glance, it seems like a complicated method, but in the long run, everyone benefits from this! You make a small cube of the socks that is easy to store. Folding also takes little time; with the video below, you’ll master it quickly:

• Place the socks perpendicular to each other.
• Fold the toes of the bottom sock over the top sock and tuck the end under the top sock (so actually between the two socks)
• Fold the top of this sock over it (without tucking in the hole)
• Fold the toes of the other sock inward. Then fold the top of the sock inward as well.
• Turn your sock bundle over and tuck the two top edges in last between the bundle
  

Your SOLIT-proof sock bundle is now ready. Stack them in your closet or sock drawer and keep an overview!

How do we make your sock stack as clear as possible? Read on:

Work vertically

The first solution that comes to mind is stacking the bundles. This way, your drawer or closet stays organized and it’s easy to grab a new set when needed. If you now make a stack sorted by size or design, you make it even easier for yourself!

Sort the socks by color

Even if your SOLIT collection of sneaker socks currently only consists of the colors white and black, it is still useful to sort by color. This way, you can easily choose based on which shoes you are putting on, for example. If you also have some nice colors in your sock or underwear drawer, you can keep them separated easily this way!

Store the socks in organizers

Baskets or so-called organizers can be placed in your sock drawer or closet, where the socks are laid. This way, you at least know where to look when you stand in front of your closet in the morning with barely open eyes. Place multiple storage baskets to also sort underwear, lingerie, and possibly leggings.
