In 2020, SOLIT socks started selling really good ankle socks and sneaker socks. From a few pairs per week to several thousand that currently go out weekly. "The socks are in demand and we notice that. Regular customers who placed their first order even in the early days of SOLIT are still loyal to the good product we deliver."
A year ago, SOLIT still consisted of a small assortment of socks that included classic socks like the Classic and unique socks like the Originals Amsterdam. One year later, this collection has already doubled and that growth will continue in the near future.
Consumers nowadays prefer quality over quantity. Compared to before, when they had to visit the store chain monthly to repeatedly restock their sock drawer. "That pays off in the long run. The customer feels more comfortable daily and also gets more value for their money. Additionally, fewer socks are thrown away, which is sustainable."
A SOLIT Team
With a strong team, we bring the socks to the market in a creative way. The growth of SOLIT is impressive. There are now over 5,000 customers walking around in SOLIT socks. It can be a single pair as a gift for yourself, but also large packages that are ordered. Some customers even decide to completely change course. They order a 9-pack of every size and probably throw the entire sock drawer in the trash (for the whole family).
From small to large, the SOLIT wrapping service gladly handles every order to deliver it to your door the next day.
Over a thousand pairs per week
After expanding the range with multiple colors, from existing designs and new designs, the target group we can appeal to has grown a bit more. This is also the goal for 2023; to ensure that SOLIT can serve as broad a target group as possible by differentiating where we can with our product. We expect to broaden the size range offering and another 'type of ankle sock' will soon present itself. These plans will really become reality by summer.
Preferences vary, but it is a fact that the SOLIT ankle sock also proves its function during the winter months. Returning customers show up more than new ones, which is understandable in the cold months, but the idea that the ankle sock is only worn in summer has proven to be incorrect. SOLIT socks continue to grow (also in winter :)).
