High shoes or ankle boots? I still wear SOLIT socks!

Hoge schoenen of laarsjes? Nog steeds draag ik SOLIT sokken!

When I take my high shoes out of the closet, I also wear my high socks with them. Often, the low socks still slip off my ankle. And I’m not going to keep pulling them up all day to prevent blisters. If it turns out that the low socks do stay up, I’m open to trying that once. But those socks don’t exist, do they?

Also in high shoes, Jordans, boots, and more shoes where a normal ankle sock stands no chance, the SOLIT sock keeps its promise. In all shoes, it is common that standard ankle socks quickly end up under your foot, but from now on that no longer has to be the case.

Never suffer from slipping socks in high shoes again!

Slipping socks in boots

Maybe not the first thought with a slipping sock, but people often have trouble with the socks in their boots. These slip off quite quickly causing them to bunch up under your heel or sole and that drives you completely crazy.

As a solution, we have tried normal checked high socks, thick high socks, normal H&M socks, sports socks (those are the worst), but nothing helps. When tips are asked for, you quickly end up at SOLIT ankle socks.

There are several reasons why your socks slip in boots. For example, it can be due to socks that are too small. When your socks are too small, they logically slip down. Another reason can be that your shoe does not fit tightly enough.

When your shoe is loose at the heel of your foot, it constantly 'rubs' against the sock. The shoe simply pulls your sock down. Finally, the most common reason your socks slip in boots and shoes is that the elastic in the band of the sock is not tight enough. The socks from SOLIT have a reinforced band that does not pinch and never slips!

Slipping socks in sneakers

There are also several reasons why your socks slip in sneakers. The most common reason socks slip in sneakers is a too 'loose' band in the sock. Socks often have a band with elastic in it. When this elastic in the band is not tight enough, your sock regularly slips under your foot. The socks from SOLIT have a reinforced band that never slips and also does not pinch.

Secondly, a common problem is that your sneakers are too big or not tied tight enough. Because your sneaker then fits too loosely, it actually pulls your sock down. You can easily solve this by tying your shoes a bit tighter. In the future, when buying your sneakers, make sure they fit snugly around your foot (not too tight, of course).

Is the holiday coming to an end and are you going back to the office in neat (high) shoes? Or is the temperature dropping and are the winter shoes coming out of the closet again? Go for SOLIT.

Keep it up.
